The Basketball League Cup is a pre-season basketball tournament held in Israel since 2006. It is held in Malha Arena, Jerusalem, on the week before the start of the League season. It is currently sponsored by Pais Lotto and therefore officially known as the Chance Cup, It was previously sponsored by Toto Winner Organization and named Winner Cup from 2006 to 2009. and in 2010 it had no sponser and was named Basketball League Cup..

The top eight teams in last season's Israeli Premier League compete in the tournament. The tournament uses the knockout system. The teams are seeded according to their positions in the Premier League.
